The newly renovated Hill Country Herb Garden is eager to welcome you to our space to stay, dine, relax and celebrate! Since November 2021 we have remodeled, renovated, redecorated, and planted over 800 plants! The Hill Country Herb Garden is home to 154 unique botanical species - 60 of those are native to Texas and 33 are herb species that will make up our NEW Culinary Garden.
